Vidala Aaronoff Wants Supreme Court to take Case vs Billionaire Curtis Olson

Vidala Aaronoff Wants Supreme Court to take Case vs Billionaire Curtis Olson

Vidala Aaronoff Wants Supreme Court to take Case vs Billionaire Curtis Olson As first reported at ZennieReport.com, Vidala Aaronoff, as petitioner to the US Supreme Court, urges SCOTUS to review an Equal Access to Justice claim of a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, arising from a California restraining order court’s unjustified award of statutory attorney’s fees. Although Vidala Aaronoff, an indigent dance teacher, prevailed, the court ordered her to pay billionaire Curtis Olson’s astronomical attorney’s fees, which ballooned to over $3 Million via a legal loophole for the super-rich. Petition alleges: Nexus Development CEO Curtis Olson fraudulently inflated a residential property value by listing neighboring properties millions of dollars over value to spike property algorithms. Then Olson lied to the trial court that Aaronoff owned the property to mislead the court that she was wealthy. Shockingly, Olson owns the property. Olson is accused of luring Aaronoff to his residence and attempting to take advantage of her in May 2015. Aaronoff sought a Civil Harassment Restraining Order, which resulted in a three year protective order in December 2015. Soon Olson violated it. The court retained jurisdiction, Aaronoff sought enforcement and Olson retaliated with a meritless cross-restraining order. Curtis Olson’s Alleged Peeping Tom Pose Horrifies Aaronoff Vidala Aaronoff has said Curtis Olson has taken a “peeping tom” pose in his dogged pursuit of her. Olson’s alleged to have taken actions like getting right up to her window to peer in at her at night, according to Aaronoff. Reportedly, Curtis Olson’s the latest in a long line of men who own residential multifamily complexes, only to break into the homes of an attractive female tenant and seek sex with her. Hence the need for the restraining order to keep him away from her. Stay tuned for our talk.

Oakland Mayor Aide Leigh Hanson Petulant Treatment Of Oakland A's Was Unprofessional So Off to Sac - ATLNews

Oakland Mayor Aide Leigh Hanson Petulant Treatment Of Oakland A's Was Unprofessional So Off to Sac This is where we are. The City of Oakland is ran by a mob that makes decisions based on petty, get revenge objectives, and not the desire to achieve a partnership. How else to explain why Leigh Hanson, the Chief of Staff to Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao, would even tell ESPN's Tim Keown that she had this exchange with Oakland A's President Dave Kaval: "Approaching us halfway through February indicated to us it wasn't super serious," Oakland chief of staff Leigh Hanson said. "A normal negotiation would have started two months after they pulled out last April. So much trust had deteriorated, but we thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt and realize their organization was going through a lot of transition. We felt it was our responsibility to the fans and the city to go forward and try to make it work on our terms." By April 2, the city was on its fourth meeting with the A's, though little progress had been made. In this one, as was the case in each of the previous three, Kaval sat at the head of the table. Hanson sat to his left, directly across from A's chief of staff Miguel Duarte. Oakland councilmember Rebecca Kaplan sat to Hanson's left, with Alameda County supervisor David Haubert and Oakland policy chief Zach Goldman across from her. Kaval spoke first, as had become his custom, and expressed surprise that the city's lease terms had been reported by ESPN two days before the meeting. Those terms, as outlined on sheets passed around the room on this morning, included a five-year lease with a team opt-out after three, a $97 million "extension fee" and an agreement for the A's to pay for the field conversion when the Roots and Soul begin playing in the Coliseum next year. The city also wanted the A's to help secure assurances from MLB that the city would receive a one-year window to solicit ownership groups for a future expansion franchise. Though the city didn't present financial terms until the fourth meeting, the basic parameters -- a five-year lease with the team opt-out -- were on the table. Sources say the A's, however, never laid out an offer sheet, never presented so much as a single piece of paper with demands or suggestions. At one point during the second meeting, in March, Kaval suggested the A's might be willing to accept "the Raiders' deal" -- two years and $17 million, the arrangement Raiders owner Mark Davis struck for the two lame-duck years in Oakland before he moved his team to Las Vegas. "First of all," Hanson said. "Please don't call it the 'Raiders' deal' -- that brings back bad memories for everyone in this town. And second, that's not going to work." Leigh has no idea what she's talking about and reveals herself to be bent on being nasty and unprofessional. First, the deal that Dave is talking about was put together by then Oakland Coliseum JPA Executive Director Scott McKibben, and kept the Raiders in Oakland for two more years and got the Coliseum into the black. Second, it is the job of the City to house the A's because it owns the stadium. And third, good economic development is making a partner of the business, not threatening to eat them like you're a cannibal. What she did and what the Oakland electeds did, set us back 50 years. It took that long for Oakland to build a credible economic base. Businesses will run away because of their behavior. We have several months of cancelled design review meetings because no one wants to build anything new. We have people losing money in Oakland because we have no credible security effort. It's bad. And this makes it worse.

Francis Ford Coppola's epic masterpiece features Marlon Brando in his Oscar©-winning role as the patriarch of the Corleone family. Director Coppola paints a chilling portrait of the Sicilian clan's rise and near fall from power in America, masterfully balancing the story between the Corleone's family life and the ugly crime business in which they are engaged. Based on Mario Puxo's best-selling novel and featuring career-making performances by Al Pacino, James Cann and Robert Duvall, this searing and brilliant film garnered ten Academy Award® nominations, and won three including Best Picture of 1972.

Dave Kaval Signs For Oakland A's To Play In Sacramento 2025 As Mayor Sheng Thao Blows It Again - ATLNews

Dave Kaval Signs For Oakland A's To Play In Sacramento 2025 As Mayor Sheng Thao Blows It Again The press release was just issued, and thus puts a nail in the coffin. It reads "Sutter Heath Park To Host A's Baseball = West Sacramento MLB-ready Stadium to serve as "home away from home" for three seasons with an option for a fourth season. Oakland A's President Dave Kaval signed the agreement April 3rd and at the close of a successful meeting with Vivek Ranadive the majority owner and chairman of the Sacramento Kings. "Today marks the next chapter of professional sports in Sacramento" said Ranadive . For the A's part, MLB issued these words more of news than celebration: The A's will begin playing in West Sacramento at the start of the 2025 MLB season and will continue until their permanent home in Las Vegas is ready to welcome fans, which is projected for Opening Day 2028. While ticket pricing and ticket products for A's games at Sutter Health Park are yet to be determined, we anticipate more information being made available later this summer for the 2025 season. Current A's season ticket holders will get priority purchase access. More information will be made available to current A's members later this summer. Sutter Health Park has a capacity of 14,000. Another Loss For Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao Regarding The A's It has to be said that, once again, Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao completely blew it. The Oakland A's decision-point is supposed to be the Oakland Coliseum Joint Powers Authority, aka JPA. But, Thao, again determined to make it about her agenda and not about economic development, threw up a wild request for the A's to pay $97 million, or what she says that John Fisher claims was the dollar amount loss in trying to do Howard Terminal. Aside from the fact that it is an illogical reason, the other problem is that the A's have nothing to do with the City of Oakland's budget deficit. Yet, the $97 million was going to be used to pay down part of the $162 million shortfall. Even though the matter wasn't brought up until the third meeting of the parties on Monday, the fact that there was no one who countered the proposal made it all the more worse. Watching all of this was Vivek Ranadive, Once he got Kaval and Fisher in the room it became sports owner to sports owner. No public officials in the room. So, no surprise, they managed to hammer out a deal without drama. To say it was a new world to John Fisher and Dave Kaval is an understatement. Meanwhile, the City of Oakland is left in a situation that it is going to put on a good face about, but the damage to the Mayor's already bad reputation is evident. Mayor Thao does not follow the law, she is content to do what she wants to do, and that's that. Her way is not mature - there's no other word to use. It's a sad day for Oakland, made even worse by the not living in Oakland A;s Fans who push the Mayor all the time. More to come. Stay tuned.

Oakland Mayor And Alameda County At Odds, Coliseum JPA Next Stop But Will Oakland A's Wait? - ATLNews

Oakland Mayor And Alameda County At Odds, Coliseum JPA Next Stop But Will Oakland A's Wait? The City of Oakland has shown it can't shoot straight once again. Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao is bent on pursuing a path of failure. She's bent on asking for the moon: a $97 million fee that's based on a made-up number and for a problem not of the A's making: the City's Budget Deficit. On top of that, we have messages from the County of Alameda saying they are wanting a different proposal, and then the Coliseum JPA, which owns the Oakland Coliseum, sitting out there unable to handle the problems of its own tenant. In short, Oakland has not gotten its act together, even with all of the moves around leaving it all to one entity. In my livestream I will talk with you about this mess and what it says about Oakland's future. Stay tuned.

Bay FC Falls 3-2 in Inaugural Home Opener Vs Houston Dash at Sold-Out PayPal Park Drawing 18,000 - ATLNews

Bay FC Falls 3-2 in Inaugural Home Opener Vs Houston Dash at Sold-Out PayPal Park Drawing 18,000 Deyna Castellanos, Racheal Kundananji tally first home goals in front of sold-out crowd of 18,000 fans SAN JOSE, Calif. (March 30, 2024) – Bay FC received goals from Deyna Castellanos and Racheal Kundananji but surrendered a goal deep in second-half stoppage time, falling 3-2 to the Houston Dash in front of a sold-out crowd of 18,000 fans at PayPal Park on Saturday night. Kundananji scored on her NWSL debut, helping level the match in the 93rd minute, but Houston tallied the game-winning goal in the 100th minute through substitute Havana Solaun. Goal-Scoring Plays BAY – Deyna Castellanos, 19th minute: Scarlett Camberos dribbled down the left side of the field and played a cross into the center of the box. Asisat Oshoala’s initial shot was blocked by multiple Houston players, but Deyna Castellanos pounced on the loose ball and unleashed a strike into the top left corner of the goal. HOU – Maria Sanchez (Diana Ordonez), 66th minute: Maria Sanchez delivered a cross from near the left endline back across the face of goal to Diana Ordonez, who converted from close range with a header at the back post. HOU – Diana Ordonez, 87th minute: Barbara Olivieri played a cross from the right side that took a deflection off a Bay FC player’s arm. Houston was awarded a penalty kick. Lysianne Proulx made the save on Ordonez’s attempt but was unable to secure the ball and Ordonez tracked down the loose ball, finishing near the goal line. BAY – Racheal Kundananji, 90+3: Kundananji picked up the ball in space, making a run down the right side of the field. She cut back toward the center of the box and sent a pinpoint curling strike just inside the left post. HOU – Havana Solaun, 90+10: Maria Sanchez played a cross into the box from the left side. Bay FC cleared the ball, but it landed at the feet of Havana Solaun, who sent a swerving shot from the edge of the box into the left corner of the goal. Notes: Bay FC played in front a sold-out crowd of 18,000 fans in their inaugural home opener at PayPal Park. It was the largest crowd to see a women’s professional sporting event in the Bay Area, surpassing the record of 16,174 fans who attended a Bay Area CyberRays home game in July 2001. Tonight’s match marked the first women’s professional soccer game in Bay Area since Sept. 2010 (WPS Championship game). Bay FC’s first four goals this season have been scored by four different players – Asisat Oshoala, Dorian Bailey, Deyna Castellanos and Racheal Kundananji. Castellanos scored her first NWSL goal in the match. Castellanos tallied the first home goal in club history. Kundananji made her NWSL debut in the match, entering as a substitute in the 61st minute. Kundananji scored her first goal for the club in her NWSL and Bay FC debut. Kundananji became the first player from Zambia to play and score in an NWSL match. Bay FC scored in the first half of all three of their matches. Each of those goals came before the 20th minute. Joelle Anderson captained the side. Anderson is a native of San Jose and attended Harker School. Princess made her NWSL debut in the match as a second-half substitute. She is the third player from Ghana to appear in an NWSL match. Tonight’s game was the first match this season with two second-half stoppage time goals. Next Match Following the international break, Bay FC will return home to play host to Seattle Reign FC on Sunday, April 14, at PayPal Park. The April 14 match kicks off at 5 p.m. (Pacific) and features a local television broadcast on NBC Sports Bay Area with a streaming option via NWSL+.
