Such a good and effective glute routine! Great for beginners that need a routine that you can progressively overload ! You can also do this at home ! : •Sumo Deadlift 3x12-15 ( Go heavier each set ) •Bulgarian Split Squats 3x20 ( glute focused ) •Hipthrust 3x20 - body weight variation after each set x failure • B stance RDL 3x20 • Standing clamshells 3x failure ( I did about 30) •Banded kickbacks 3 x failure : For the purpose of the video I went super light but make sure to add a weight that is moderate - challenging !!! #glutes #gluteworkout #effectiveworkout #legworkout #begginerworkout #athomeworkout #growyourglutes
