Browns Fire Ken Dorsey After Zennie Abraham Crusade Because The OC Poorly Coached Jameis Winston The Cleveland Browne fired their offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey after one season, and after contant social media pestering by one man: me, Zennie Abraham. The reason was simple: Dorsey with Kevin Stefanski's blessing hatcher a plan to put Jameis Winston in the same kind of passing offense plays that caused interceptions when Jameis was with the Bucs. The idea was that if Jameis hit big with yardage and points and wins, they look good. But if the interceptions come , Dorsey can always blame Jameis and not his plays. it was a terrible and horrible thing to do. in addition, Dorsey had no idea how to coach a pasing game. QB footwork was a problem because it was not practiced with respect to receiver timing on a consistent basis. Anyone can tell that from the practice videos posted on social media. The result was wildly inconsistent QB play , and a 3-14 NFL Season where two of the Browns' three wins came when Winston was the quarterback: Baltimore and Pittsburgh.
