Andre Jones Oakland Mayor Thao’s Boyfriend At City Hall Morning Of FBI Raid To See Sheng Andre Jones Arrived At Oakland City Hall at 11 AM PST Thursday Morning Of The FBI Raid, Walking A Dog According to a Zennie62Media photographer who was at City Hall that morning, Mr. Jones arrived at just after 11 am.  The Zennie62Media photographer was originally at Oakland City Hall for Rules Committee (an Oakland City Council hearing where legislation is scheduled for future Oakland City Council meetings) only to discover that it was canceled.   Then, learning that the FBI Raid of Mayor Thao’s Home was going on, the Zennie62Media photographer decided to stick around City Hall and observe if the Mayor or anyone else appeared.  To that end, our man at City Hall took a seated position at a table in front of the City Council Chambers that is normally used to hand out the meeting agenda and for speakers to sign up, pulled out his smartphone to take pictures, and waited.    As the Zennie62Media photos show, our Man at City Hall was able to see across the atrium and directly at the Mayor’s Office Entrance, which includes a view of the side doors and the elevator, as well as the main entry gate.    Then, as the first photo shows, Andre Jones showed up wearing a white hoodie with the hood down, black gym pants, and walking a dog.  Jones emerged from the elevator, turned, and walked toward the side entrance, used a card-key causing the double-doors to open, and then walked in. If Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao is recalled (and that looks to be a certainty at this point), District Two Councilmember and President as is planning to resign to focus on her run for the Alameda County District Five Seat long-held by Keith Carson. The rumor goes that the Council would then have to select someone else to be Interim Mayor, and that Jenkins is the choice. Why? Well, D1's rep Dan Kalb would be retired, Bas in D2 gone, Carol Fife's future uncertain, as is true for Rebecca Kaplan and Treva Reid. But Jenkins is not up for re-election this time. So, the feeling is that the Council would have to select Jenkins. Thus, Kevin Jenkins would go from Peralta Community College Board Member in 2022 to Oakland City Council, to Mayor. A friend of mine with a deep City of Oakland history called Jenkins' rumored rise his "Head of State" moment. A Look At New Orleans Saints New 2024 Offense And How Derek Carr Will Do In It As we speak former Raiders QB Derek Carr and his teammates are in the middle of learning and installing a whole-new offense playbook. Brought to New Orleans by Klint Kubiak, who came from his time as passing game coordinator with the San Francisco 49ers, the offense is based on the plays Kyle Shanahan used in Atlanta and San Francisco. The playbook has not changed much, but just expanded. That said there is a core approach that is different from what New Orleans Saints Offensive Coordinator Pete Carmichael used during his long time with the team. This offense is dominated by rollout plays that have become a signature over the years. The passes tend to be built off the running plays. I have a copies of a couple of playbooks that I have used to form the analysis you're going to see. How well Carr do in it? Well, I am concerned about the amount of movement. It's the most Carr has done in his NFL career. How he adjusts to this over the course of a game remains to be seen. If the Saints can be effective running the ball, then that's less of a concern. But if they have to go to the air, they will be effective, but if Carr falters, the question will be how will NFL 5th Round Steal QB Spencer Rattler look in the system as the starter. Stay tuned.

The report is far different from the original document presented to the County of Alameda and which presented a $400 million tax increment financing subsidy. Both reports were prepared by Century Urban, the consultant to the City of Oakland. In 2021, Zennie62Media blasted the initial report as incorrect and understating the potential tax increment revenue. Neither the City of Oakland nor the consultant directly answered questions from Zennie62Media. But then Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf told this blogger, Zennie Abraham, Zennie62Media CEO that the City did not have the staff to do the redevelopment work done before the original law was eliminated in 2011. This blogger pushed back on that questioning why Mayor Schaaf had consultants plan and then worked with Oakland A’s President Dave Kaval on an idea that was originally from this blogger to do a tax increment financing zone at Howard Terminal. The City never addressed that question. But it’s clear the City of Oakland had Century Urban redo the work after Zennie62Media issued a number of scathing vlogs and articles on the subject that included detailed spreadsheets and calculations. But all of this was obviously too late for the Oakland A’s timetable. They already decided to move to Las Vegas in November of 2021. Stay tuned for updates.

There's an idea that the Oakland A's are violating the not-yet approved non-relocation agreement over an idea to have the baseball team play up to eight games overseas. While 10 percent of the 81 home game schedule may seem like a good chunk, is not as bad as it reads. The reasons are two fold: the eight game marketing trip does not mean the sports and entertainment district is or will be closed to visitors. The Senate Bill One allows for development outside the ballpark that is next to it, and between the proposed new hotel and the ballpark. That is the kind of development that is in Atlanta and Arlington, Texas, to name two of many examples. Also, that makes sure there will be revenue generated by the sports and entertainment district year-round. The non-relocation agreement is just that. It does not call for no-outside trips. It simply means the franchise's is not going to leave the venue over a 30 year period (in this case). It means that the bulk of revenue generated by the club will be while playing in the ballpark and not somewhere else.

A few favorite moments of Morgan Freeman on The Electric Company. -------------------------------- The Electric Company is an educational children's television series created by Paul Dooley and produced by the Children's Television Workshop for PBS in the United States. PBS broadcast 780 episodes over the course of its six seasons from October 25, 1971, to April 15, 1977. After it ceased production in 1977, the program continued in reruns until October 4, 1985, as the result of a decision made in 1975 to produce two final seasons for perpetual use. The Workshop produced the show at Second Stage, located within the Reeves Teletape Studios (Teletape), in Manhattan, which had been the first home of Sesame Street. The Electric Company employed sketch comedy and various other devices to provide an entertaining program to help elementary school children develop their grammar and reading skills. Since it was intended for children who had graduated from CTW's flagship program, Sesame Street, the humor was more mature than what was seen there. The original cast included Morgan Freeman, Rita Moreno, Bill Cosby, Judy Graubart, Lee Chamberlin and Skip Hinnant. Most of the cast had done stage, repertory, and improvisational work, with Cosby and Moreno already well-established performers on film and television. Ken Roberts (1971–1973), best known as a soap opera announcer (Love of Life; The Secret Storm), was the narrator of some segments during season one, most notably the parody of the genre that had given him prominence, Love of Chair. Jim Boyd, who was strictly an off-camera voice actor and puppeteer during the first season, began appearing on-camera in the second season, mostly in the role of J. Arthur Crank. Luis Ávalos also joined the cast at that time. Cosby was a regular in season one, and occasionally appeared in new segments during season two, but left afterward. Nevertheless, segments that Cosby had taped during seasons one and two were repeatedly used for the rest of the run, and Cosby was billed as a cast member throughout. Similarly, Chamberlin was a regular for the first 2 years, but also left after the show’s second season. But many of her segments were also repeatedly reused; and consequently, she was also billed as a cast member throughout the show's run. Added to the cast at the beginning of season three (1973–1974) was Hattie Winston, an actress and singer who later appeared on the show Becker.
