Since that's City of Oakland property, shouldn't the police set up a way to protect it? Like a sign saying “no motorbike riding” and random patrols matching the times the motorbikers normally come over? ITEM Will Mayor Sheng Thao get the Oakland Police to find a white 2016 Hyundai Accent with the license plate CA BEFD545? It was stolen last night, 20 hours ago. ITEM Steer clear of 1240-1250 Alvarado Road Claremont Canyon, Berkeley, CA. The Moses-level rains have caused a good portion of the hillside to spill over and block the road. Mom and I are safe, but the folks who need help are the ones who lost their entire homes last week. Folks like Valerie Joslin – she and her husband lost their home of 20 years. Fine, but why so coy about when the recount process starts? And what happens if Loren Taylor wins? Would they get a judge who didn't vote for one or the other? What a mess. REPEAT ITEM Oakland Raiders Owner and once Oaklander Mark Davis said that he's upset that the crowds at Allegiant Stadium are mostly dressed in the colors of the opposing team, like the Kansas City Chiefs, and remarked that it's not like it was in Oakland.
