Michael Colbruno filed papers to run for the Oakland City Council District Two Race. Colbruno is a current Oakland Port Commissioner and was a long time Oakland Planning Commissioner. On paper he is the best qualified candidate between Dana King, Sokhom Mao, and Andrew Park. But that is on paper.
