Eat Olive Oil Mixed With Turmeric, THIS Will Happen To Your Body! - ATLNews

Follow us on Twitter: @foods4health1 Recipes4Health: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2bZ...... To learn more about the health benefits of food, visit: http://www.benefitsoffood.blogspot.com #oliveoil #turmeric #oliveoilturmeric Eat Olive Oil Mixed With Turmeric, THIS Will Happen To Your Body! Olive oil and turmeric are two incredibly healthy food choices that are consumed all over the world. They offer amazing health benefits, nutrition and macronutrients that can improve our health many different ways. You can easily add these two ingredients into a number of different recipes or even smoothies. Some individuals even combine the two ingredients in water and consume it this way. If consuming regularly, one teaspoon of each ingredient in more then enough. Now, lets discuss the amazing health benefits of consuming olive oil mixed with turmeric. 1. First, both turmeric and olive oil are packed with high amounts of antioxidant compounds. Olive oil is loaded with biologically active antioxidants, plant compounds, polyphenols and vitamin E that can provide numerous health benefits. Turmeric is also an amazing source of antioxidants. Turmeric contains a powerful and potent antioxidant known as curcumin which has strong anti-inflammatory effects as well. As well, turmeric can help to increase the antioxidant capacity on the body, reducing free radicals and oxidative stress. 2. One of the greatest and most well known health benefits of mixing olive oil and turmeric, even in small doses, is its powerful and natural anti-inflammatory abilities. Olive oil has strong anti-inflammatory properties and can even help to reduce chronic inflammation. This is especially true for extra-virgin olive oil. Olive oil contains a powerful anti-inflammatory compound known as oleocanthal, as well as oleic acid. Turmeric, especially its powerful compound curcumin, has strong natural anti-inflammatory benefits. Curcumin is a bioactive substance that can fight inflammation and even provide medicinal benefits as studies have shown. 3. Another great benefit of combining and consuming a mixture of olive oil and turmeric is that it can help to reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Not only does extra virgin olive oil reduce inflammation, but it can also help to protect against “bad” LDL cholesterol oxidation. It can also improve the lining of our blood vessels while also lowering and regulating blood pressure. Turmeric can also help to lower the risk of developing heart disease. In fact, the compound curcumin has been shown in studies to help reverse some of the steps that can lead to heart disease. It can help to improve the lining of our blood vessels, reduce damaging inflammation and oxidation. 4. Lastly, consuming a mixture of olive oil and turmeric can help to reduce the risk of certain neurodegenerative conditions, such as Alzheimer’s disease. Studies have shown that olive oil contains compounds that can help to remove beta-amyloid plaques in brain cells which can potentially lead to cognitive complications. Turmeric can also help to reduce the risk of certain cognitive orders, such as dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. This is often attributed to curcumin being able to cross the blood-brain barrier and reduce inflammation and oxidative damage. It can also help to reduce amyloid plaques as well. Due to the complexity of these diseases, always speak with your medical practitioner for further treatment and prevention methods in this regard. Thank you for watching the video! Browns QB Tracker Shows Shedeur Sanders Leads With 78% Completion Percentage, 3TDs. Thoughts? - ATLNews

Cleveland Browns QB Tracker Shows Shedeur Sanders Leads With 78% Completion Percentage, 3TDs. Thoughts? As of May 28th, Shedeur Sanders leads all Browns Quarterbacks, including Joe Flacco, with three touchdowns, no interceptions, and a notable 78 percent completion percentage. Here’s the breakdown: 15 Flacco: 9 of 14, one touchdown, 71 percent 12 Sanders: 7 of 9, three touchdowns , 78 percent 8 Pickett: 9 of 16, no touchdowns, 56 percent 5 Gabriel: 11 of 16, two touchdowns, one interception, 68 percent Clearly Shedeur Sanders is playing like the elite high first round 2025 NFL Draft Pick he should have been and not a fifth round prospect. This should lead to the Browns trying Sanders with the first team, where he belongs. What do you think about this? 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up? On Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Inauguration Party At Jack London Square, The Alley, And TIF

On Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Inauguration Party At Jack London Square, The Alley, And TIF

On Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Inauguration Party At Jack London Square, The Alley, And TIF Yesterday, I made a video-blog that started out like this: On May 20th of 2025, Former Congresswoman Barbara Lee became Oakland’s 52nd Mayor, and what was to be a small in-office signing event turned into a City Hall Chambers ceremony attended by 400 people. As a reminder, that happened because Sheng Thao, the 51st Mayor of Oakland, was recalled on Election Day 2024, meaning new Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee has to run for office again in 2026. But forgetting all that, Oakland Mayor Lee wants to have a big, expensive inauguration bash fit for the President on June 8th, and costing $300,000. Given Oakland’s woes, Mayor Lee should give that money to Jackie Simpkins, the Owner of The Alley Bar at 3325 Grand Avenue, and help keep it open. And went from there... Today, I got a call from a friend who's a big Barbara Lee booster - to say the least. She was more than a tad anquished over my comments. So, I explained what drove me to make the video: the cost to attend the event, the people who need help, and a call from my friend Jackie Simpkins, who owns The Alley Bar and Restaurant at 3325 Grand Avenue, asking for help. That gave me the idea of fusing the two subjects together in an effort to communicate Jackie's plight. And then there is the matter of tax increment financing. And that's where I ask you to watch the livestream. Share your views with me. 🎙️ New to streaming or looking to level up? Check out StreamYard and get $10 discount! 😍 https://ift.tt/sWAQr8Y

Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Inauguration Committee Should Give That $300,000 To Save The Alley Bar

Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Inauguration Committee Should Give That $300,000 To Save The Alley Bar

Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Inauguration Committee Should Give That $300,000 To Save The Alley Bar On May 20th of 2025, Former Congresswoman Barbara Lee became Oakland’s 52nd Mayor, and what was to be a small in-office signing event turned into a City Hall Chambers ceremony attended by 400 people.  As a reminder, that happened because Sheng Thao, the 51st Mayor of Oakland, was recalled on Election Day 2024, meaning new Mayor Barbara Lee has to run for office again in 2026. Jackie needs the $300,000 because her building has depreciated by almost a million due to the crime in Oakland, making property values decrease.  So, because of that, Jackie had to pay back her PPP loan of $250,000 which she had done with a balloon loan, but now she’s having trouble getting a loan to pay that off, because of the building’s depreciation. The Alley Is Another Oakland Business Still Suffering From The Pandemic This presents a problem not talked about: the fact that many Oakland businesses and residents did not gain the pandemic aid that was reported to have been given to them by what remains of the media.  “I think there were about 50 of us or so who got into the class-action lawsuit,” Jackie said. “So I am just trying to find grants to pay back the balloon loan, before July 1st of this year.   If Jackie can’t do that, her only option is to close the Alley because the bank is going to take it over.  “I’ve applied for four loans, and all of the banks tell me they can’t do it because her building has depreciated so much,” Jackie said.   That’s not to say that The Alley’s not doing well business wise, even if its not enough revenue to pay off the balloon loan in a timely fashion, “it’s been slow of late, and that’s because of graduation, but it will pick up. If Mayor Barbara Lee could help me get some of those grants, that would be great,” Jackie said.  The grants Jackie’s referring to are from organizations like East Bay Community Foundation, which has the Oakland Small Business Resiliency Fund, and Direct Community Grants, but I pointed out to Jackie that those and other grants generally take longer to get than the July 1st deadline she’s facing.  Jackie’s problem that could lead to the Alley’s closing needs immediate attention.  As of this writing, it’s May 29th, 2025. The Oakland 2025 Inauguration Sponsorships start at a “low” of $500 and go up to $100,000.  And what do you get for $500?  One ticket and one reserved seat.  And Oakland has a giant and growing homeless population, right?  The Barbara Lee Inauguration Team should take that money they raise and give it to Jackie Simpkins so she can meet her July 2025 deadline, and then plan other inauguration parties around town just to make money for the businesses that have suffered due to Oakland’s high crime rates, and lack of economic development know-how. Help Jackie Simpkins Keep The Alley Alive In Oakland If you want to help Jackie keep The Alley Bar and Restaurant Open, she asks that you call her at 510-329-4560.  It’s a crisis emergency for Jackie Simpkins and The Alley, like it should be for Oakland itself, considering the plight of Oakland’s small business community, especially restaurants.  But Mayor Lee wants a party all for herself and her friends to have paid seats starting at $500 and up to $100,000, while the rest of us are on our feet with no place to sit. That’s a bad look.   Not a great start to an Oakland Mayor Barbara Lee Administration at a time when Oaklanders who have need to help Oaklanders and Oakland Businesses in need.  Save. Help Zennie's 90-Year-Old Mom Beat AmeriGas Customer Service Abuse, Get Propane Tank Via GoFundMe - ATLNews

Help Zennie's 90-Year-Old Mom Beat AmeriGas Customer Service Abuse, Get Propane Tank Via GoFundMe https://ift.tt/hd2sq7p Hello everyone, I started a fundraiser on GoFundMe and would appreciate your support. Every single share and donation makes a difference and helps me get closer to my goal. AmeriGas is gouging my Mom, and now threatening a disconnect, taking a tank they do not own, and all because the customer service "advocate" who claims to rep CEO Michael Sparks says Mom is unhappy with AmeriGas. Mom did not ask for a disconnect. So customer service "advocate" sends invoice for $330, which is high, but we can pay, (a year ago it was $159 for several months), days later $1,771. 81 (with the same 2/28 charge for $326 twice), then $3,973 just days later, all within the month of May 2025! So the money will go to pay that and then get a propane company, unless AmeriGas stops this abuse. Mom has been with AmeriGas for years, so all of this has been a nightmare! And I am paying what I can, but tapped and seeking, clients, jobs, investors in the media company and I am generating YouTube Revenue. Thank you. Appreciate your help. NJ Transit Strike Over: NJ Transit Strike Ends New Jersey Transit Engineers Reach Deal With NJ GOV - ATLNews

NJ Transit Strike Ends New Jersey Transit Engineers Reach Deal With NJ Government Real Issue American Economy Three days after it began, the NJ Transit Strike is ending. The walkout that began Friday was the state’s first transit strike in over 40 years, forcing people who normally rely on New Jersey Transit to take buses, cars, taxis and boats instead or consider staying home. The main sticking point had been how to accomplish a wage increase for the engineers without creating a financially disastrous domino effect for the transit agency. Train service will resume Tuesday to give the agency time to inspect tracks and prepare rail cars, NJ Transit officials and Gov. Phil Murphy announced Sunday night, an hour after union officials confirmed a deal had been reached. "While I won’t get into the exact details of the deal reached, I will say that the only real issue was wages, and we were able to reach an agreement that boosts hourly pay beyond the proposal rejected by our members last month and beyond where we were when NJ Transit’s managers walked away from the table Thursday evening,” said Tom Haas, general chairman of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen, in a statement first obtained by NorthJersey.com. “We also were able to show management ways to boost engineers’ wages that will help NJT with retention and recruitment, without causing any significant budget issue or requiring a fare increase.”
