Atlanta Snow Storm 2014 Not Kaseem Reed's Fault

Atlanta and the Atlanta Metro Area are recovering from The 2014 Atlanta Snow Storm courtesy of Winter Storm Leon. It has become habit to blame Atlanta Mayor Kaseem Reed but it's not his fault. It's more complex and rests in the culture and the large number of small towns around Atlanta and the State's own government.
