Raven Symone Hates Ethnic Sounding Names - Like Raven Symone #TheView

Raven Symone Hates Ethnic Sounding Names - Like Raven Symone #TheView
Raven Simone gets prize for dumbest quote of the week. On ABC's The View Raven, the former Disney star, said she would not hire anyone with an "ethnic-sounding" name. Now she was referring to black names but to show you how awfully stupid her comment was, that could mean anything from Walter O"Malley to Barack Obama or Zennie Abraham - or how about Raven Simone? What is galling is no one on The View called her on the comment. Ugh.

Two School Shootings This Morning; TV Media Ignores Them

Two School Shootings This Morning; TV Media Ignores Them
There were two mass school shootings this Friday morning October 9th: one at Northern Arizona University and the other at Texas Southern University. The TV media for all practical purposes ignored them. Instead of updates on both shootings we got a steady diet of Ben Carson's latest giberish as he runs for the GOP nomination for president of the United States. If it wasn't Carson, it was Syria, proving President Obama's point about the media reporting foreign terrorism or terrorism related politics and not this wave of mass shootings. What the hell is going on? TV media needs to be disrupted.

Brian Chesky AirBnb CEO Is A Billionaire, So They Say
Brian Chesky, AirBnb CEO is a billionaire, so they say. AirBnb Founder and CEO Brian Chesky was just on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and will be remembered for one question: Colbert: "Are you a billionaire?" Chesky: "So they say." Totally hilarious. But that aside his appearance was a chance to tell the AirBnb story to a wide audience of people. I think the whole deal about AirBnb being responsible for some of San Francisco's housing affordability problem is way overblown.
