That is a sad fact and it is a sad statement on how the Washington Redskins were ran under Mike Shanahan. Even Shanahan's own son didn't like how he treated RG3. What does that tell you? Race matters. You have to be able to talk about it because it does.

But that only proves what I have said before is true: RG3 was the victim of a terrible racist situation where Mike Shanahan ran him into the ground knowing he would get injured and all so he could start the person he wanted: the "prototypical" white quarterback Kirk Cousins. None of this is a personal comment against Kirk and he did not engineer the situation at all. He and RG3 got caught up in something not of their making. Gruden and Shanahan wanted Cousins to succeed and did not want to coach RG3. They could not handle a black guy who was smart. That is the fact of the situation.
