Ex Machina Movie Review At Grand Lake Theater Oakland - Video

Ex Machina Movie Review At Grand Lake Theatre Oakland Ex Machina is an amazing and thought provoking movie that I want to see again. It stars Donhill Gleeson, Alicia Viklander, and Oscar Issac. Ms. Viklander's performance as the android Ava is chilling. Oscar Issac does a great job as the reclusive tech mogul Caleb (who I gather is something like Sergey Brin except that he doesn't get out much. And that is just the start of the story. Ex Machina opens a ton of questions about artificial intelligence. But what gets me about the movie's take on it is that A.I. once again has a white face. In other words the ugly reality of cultural differences don't seem to factor in. It's so bad, this tendency that I am perfectly convinced a black rapper could screw up any android. R Kelly would have turned Ava out. Ex Machina is currently playing at the Grand Lake Theater Oakland.
